- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- Due to one of the neighbours smoking, there can be an aroma of cigarettes in the communal hallway of this home.
- This home is situated on the sixth floor with external elevator access.
- This home accepts babies and children but does not accept toddlers and pets.
- This home has access to a communal garden towards the back of the building that is not pictured.
- The elevator will be out of order from november 2025 until spring/summer 2026. Works will be ongoing and some activity may be seen and slight noise heard.
- Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
