Property had all the amenities (e.g., all kitchen items, washing machine with drying rack, some toiletries, tv, wifi, etc.) you would need for a comfortable stay in Lisbon. The apartment is on the 4th floor in an old building on a main street with a lot of pedestrians and trams, so it can get noisy, especially at night. But the windows and shutters do a good job of masking out most of it. The living and kitchen space is very spacious for a family of 4-6 people. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms had rather thin mattresses but the largest bedroom had a thicker, more comfortable mattress. The location was excellent! Being on the 4th floor gave us spectacular views of the neighbourhood with sight lines right down to the water! The apartment is close to almost all the sights, restaurants, shopping districts, train stations and the waterfront. Across the street is a little supermarket that sells everything you would need (e.g., prepared food, milk, water, alcohol, toiletries, bakery goods etc.) for a short stay in Lisbon. There are a million amazing bakeries and cafes that line the streets and it is a very short walk to the main shopping areas. The only drawback would be the number of stairs! There are about 65 steps to get to the apartment, which can be daunting if you have mobility issues or if you have young children. Especially ones that need strollers or other gear that need to be lugged up and down the stairs!
