Charming, contemporary 2 bed apartment in the heart of Shirley. Just a stone throw away from the Southampton Centre and the amazing restaurants, cafes, bars, and so much more. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, work-from-home alternative, or cozy home base while exploring everything Southampton has to offer.
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom contemporary apartment is part of a modern new build of apartments. Very bright and airy with a private keyless entry, this space combines contemporary decor with with modern amenities and an experience all can enjoy.
With a modern bathroom and ensuite, you have all the essential toiletries. Comfortable single beds can be interlinked to create king-size beds in both bedrooms on request, and all have hotel standard soft cotton bedding.
Waterhouse way will accommodate up to five people comfortably. Essential refreshments provided, a fully equipped kitchen and a Nespresso coffee maker so you can enjoy a good start to your mornings. You'll have access to high-speed fiber internet and SmartTV with Netflix and all other streaming services.
THE BEDROOMS
Bed Configurations - To ensure your preferences are met, advance notice is appreciated for setup.
Bedroom 1 - 2 Singles (OR 1 king) plus an en-suite
Bedroom 2 - 2 singles (or 1 king)
Living room: 1 sofa bed - linen provided on request
Free on street parking is available right outside the apartment which is first come first serve.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with 'Know Your Guest', the leading vacation rental guest- screening provider.
Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.
You will also be given the choice between paying a £200 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
Additional guests over 2 are charged at a rate of £7 per night per head. Superior quality linen and towels are provided.
A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost. Child cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available at no extra cost and subject to availability. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
