Temporary text, in a few hours the definitive announce will be ready:
The best and ideal solution for couples, families and friends in search of relaxation, wellness, absolute nature, all in a vast private setting of extraordinary beauty, safe and exclusive. Sports, excursions, tours and much more can be done in your free time, while for lovers of the culinary arts there is a well-equipped indoor kitchen as well as an outdoor kitchenette with pizza oven, gas and wood-burning barbecue.
"Villa Casale dei Centocorvi" is an elegant residence with a salt-water swimming pool, immersed in a private property of over 10,000 square metres, located in the heart of the Latium Maremma, in a quiet and evocative agricultural setting 30 minutes from Rome and not far from the sea and the lakes of Vico and Bracciano, but above all close to one of the most important archaeological areas of Etruria and the Mediterranean "the Etruscan Necropolis of Banditaccia", recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The splendid residence is spread over two above-ground levels for a total of 210 square metres of living space and with over 400 metres of porticoes and terraces. The interior of the house comprises three large double bedrooms with Smart TV and A/C PkayStation4 plus a wooden studio with a large sofa-bed, two bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen.
The location is equipped with a splendid 9x4 swimming pool, with a saltwater system, internal Roman staircase, hydro-massage, counter-current swimming, sun loungers, and a sunbathing area finely equipped with elegant sofas, loungers and covers.
The entire property is equipped with numerous accessories that make it full-optional and unique so that it will not be easy to get bored at Villa dei Centocorvi; on the contrary, you will find plenty of ideas to spend unforgettable days of your holiday.
Due to the strategic position of the villa, we recommend a visit to the Etruscan Necropolis in the immediate vicinity, the Claudia Ruspoli Museum, where the famous Euphronio crater is preserved, but if you go a few kilometres further afield you can reach the Santa Severa or Bracciano castles, or visit Viterbo, the ancient and extraordinary city of the Popes with its important thermal baths. But there is much more in the surroundings, such as Civitavecchia, the port city with Michelangelo's Fortress and the arbour where the world's most beautiful cruise ships dock continuously. But of all the places to visit, don't miss 'Rome', Caput Mundi, which can be reached by motorway in just 40 minutes or comfortably by bus or train in less than half an hour.
For fans of gastronomic tours, there are numerous restaurants, bracerie and pizzerias around the Villa where you can enjoy excellent quality dishes, or order meals from the comfort of your own home.
