It is located 200 m from the 'Arsenale' vaporetto stop, which connects Marco Polo Airport (VCE), Santa Lucia train station, Piazzale Roma and the Lido. Its position allows for a lot of tranquility but at the same time it is optimal for moving around the city, being just a few minutes from the Biennale Gardens and the historic centre (St. Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge). There is also a well-stocked supermarket within 500m.

For your comfort, the apartment has heating, air conditioning, electric mosquito devices, 2 TVs, an iron, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, crockery, a toaster and a kettle.

Check-in will be possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins will be possible by prior arrangement and with a small additional payment. At check-in, you will be asked to pay the tourist tax, which amounts to €5 per person per night.
