You will access to the entire ground floor apartment, along with the shared laundry room and rear garden.
The rear garden is shared between Apartment 2 and the upstairs apartment, also holiday accommodation, Lake View, Apartment 1. The rear garden is a great spot to relax in with views of the harbour and leading directly onto the slipway and footpath for riverside walks. There is a designated patio area for guests of Apartment 2 to enjoy which makes a fantastic space for alfresco dining.

Shared areas - laundry room and rear garden.
Parking - off street parking is available on a 'first come first served' basis. Street parking is available just a few metres away from Lake View Apartments.
