Special key lift access to the twelfth floor which only allows access to the two Penthouse apartments on this level.
You a greeted upon leaving the lift to a spacious lobby area which also contains a lockable storage cupboard ideal for bikes and any other storage required.
From this lobby area you then have access directly to your Penthouse apartment.
Reception Hallway
Upon entering the Penthouse you are greeted by a spacious Reception with double height ceilings and glazing panels through to the living area and kitchen.
From this hallway you have double door access into your living area, a separate door into the kitchen and then the hallway flows round to the left where the hallway continues to the bedroom suites.
Living Area
Entering through the double doors you are greeted with this spacious living area incorporating a circular seating area to the right. To the left of the room is a partition wall which houses the wall mounted TV and divides the room to form a perfect area for dining.
The room is newly decorated and comes with a beautiful dark wood effect karndean floor with a circular carpeted seating area. The whole space has floor to ceiling window views across the city with double doors opening out onto the roof terrace.
Kitchen
The room then continues to flow through to the open plan, beautifully designed high specification kitchen.
The kitchen is fully integrated with all your appliances and comes complete with high gloss cabinetry, plenty of worktop space including an island unit with breakfast bar.
