The Bright Oasis is a 430 sqft / 40 sq.m. one-bedroom apartment located in Poble Nou, 4 blocks from the beach.
The Space:
The unit shows an open concept layout with plenty of natural night thanks to the big window wall and its location on the top floor of the building. Upon entering, you’ll be met by the living area which has a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV and dining table for up to 4 people.
The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an oven and a washer-dryer combo amongst other first-brand appliances.
An original wall made by vertical wooden beams separate the bedroom area, equipped with a queen-size bed, a big wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower. The unit offers central heating and AC.
The rooftop of the building has a common solarium with a shower and amazing views of the skyline. Parking is also available in the building under request and with an extra cost.
IMPORTANT: This unit can only be rented for a minimum of 31 nights and a maximum of 11 months.
The Neighborhood:
The Ciutadella park, Plaça de les Glòries with its big shopping center and the main avenue of Barcelona, Avinguda Diagonal, are also walking distance from the building. The building surrounds a nice public park which creates an urban oasis.
Getting Around:
Closest metro stations are Llacuna and Bogatell (L4), three blocks from the unit. Glories station (L1) is 8 blocks from the unit.
