Great location

We loved the location. It was great that it had a good working elevator because we were on the 9th floor. The heat worked really well. The second bedroom had plenty of space for our 3 children. We liked how the toilet was separate from the shower room and there were plenty of towels. The things that need work: the stove does not stay lite. The clothes washer walks out of the cabinet. The door to the toilet does not close all the way. Thank you for hosting us.

In the city but needs renovations

We booked the apartment because it was an affordable apartment in the city. We did not have high expectations after reading reviews so we were not surprised with the apartment. We used it to sleep and shower, site seeing all day. It worked for us but does not work for everyone. I would stay again.

It's not got AC so can get warm. Good amount of space with two bedrooms. Not fancy but functional. Close to Hyde park. In-between two tube stations including Pennington. Not real close but not bad either. One door didn't close and some finishing touches missing. Would book again with the family.

The Definition of the Least Amount of Effort

Unfortunately our stay here was less than ideal. The washer and dryer were broken before we arrived. The washer would leak and the dryers heating unit wouldn't work. We also were unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the unit. There was rubbish from previous guests still present, the closets were unorganized and unusable, the linens did not smell freshly cleaned, and the walls and floors did not appear clean. On top of this all, the door to the washroom would not close. Plus, we received no communications from the host regarding entry into the unit until the day before our stay when we initiated the conversation.It felt like we were given the least amount of effort in hosting. I unfortunately could not recommend this place despite the decent location and price.

Home in London

The flat is sufficient as a vacation rental in central London. Near to transportation hubs, cafes and supermarkets in a safe neighbourhood. Amenities are clean as seen in the pictures. Only downside is that room and toilet doors can’t be properly closed/locked. Definitely recommend.

It was fine

The location was good, the living room was comfortable, and when the water was actually hot the shower was decent. There was no WiFi and when we asked about that we were continuously told that we were “doing it wrong” when the QR code wouldn’t take us anywhere to connect. The water heater broke while we were there, the oven is missing knobs/temperature control and we weren’t able to get it to work. We were left 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 days with no extra. There is no AC and the flat gets muggy. Also be extra careful not to lock yourself out.

Do not stay here

Could not open and shut door. Door did not fit frame….very unsafe if there was a fire….I could not open the door myself… After a 20 hour flight, we both fell asleep, only to be woken up an agent banging on the door, which we had great difficulty opening….the agent had two clients with him and wanted to show the flat…we were half asleep had our belongs open, did not know who these people were…not cool at all! The there were windows with no glass, all windows were in need of major repair. Hot water was not reliable. In honesty I did let the property manager know, however, we did not want to be available to have strangers in the flat…. Over all everything were worn out and not clean No info…. Regarding TV use…no info regarding area.

Quiet, Safe, & Convenient Stay. Lacked small details

With prior agreement we were able to drop off our bags before our check-in time. We walked in to find the cleaning service at work. (good to know a cleaning was done) Rental is a fifteen minute walk to Paddington Station in one direction and local tube station Bayswater in the other, both were an easy walk on sidewalks the whole way. These stations made for convenient ways to see London and get to the airport. The rental is in an area that is a bit rundown, but the few people we meet were friendly and we felt safe. Inside the rental we found a bit of clutter and unorganized stuff. Closets filled with junk and building materials, bulk mail on the floor, doors that did not close fully (including bathroom), and other things. All small details, if they were taken better care of, would have made it feel more inviting and comfortable. We had a problem with no hot water. With a message sent and a quick reply, I was able to learn that someone turned off the hot water system before we arrived. I was able to get it working in just a few minutes. This is a no frills rental in an apartment complex. There is a full kitchen that we never used, a TV we never turned on. No small details to add for convenience are provided. For our stay we just needed a bed and a shower. The rental served us well. Overall, it was not a bad rental. Two bedrooms gave us some privacy. Towels were available. Clothes washer and dryer were used and convenient. I would return if I find myself in London again.

Lo necesario para dormir y poder visitar

La propiedad estaba un poco sucia, olia a encerrado, los edredones y los cojines olian mal y tubimos q comprar mantas para los ninyos ya que no soportaban el olor, el paper de banyo estaba lleno de sangre y tubimos q comprar, el bater lleno de colillas, el jabon de limpiar platos medio bacio, el ambiantador del banyo bacio, no pudimos ver la television ya que no se conectaba a internet ni daba la opcion de conectarse y creemos que faltaba algun cable o algun aparato para poder ver la tele (al tener ninyos con nosotros, la tele los ubiera distraido mientras cenabamos en casa) y los dos mandos no funcionaban y no habia ninguna instruccion de como usarlos. En una de las habitaciones estaba el tendedero llenisimo de sabanas y los armarios llenos de maderas etc.La casa esta en muy buena localizacion, muy bien connectada, muy calentita, hay lo necesario para poder cocinar y comer como si estubieras en tu propia casa, e incluso una airfrier, micoondas, tostadora, cubiertos, ollas, sartenes, platos, vasos.Las vistas des de la parte de delante eran preciosas, pudimos ver el London eye (la noria), the Shak Tower. Al estar en la novena planta hacia un poco de viento pero las vistas eran increibles.Cerca hay bares donde hacen desayunos, supermecados (Waitrose) y pups (los bares Ingleses).A pesar de todo, toda la familia disfruto muchisimo de la estancia en el piso en Paddington y de la visita a Londres.Os lo recomiendo!!!

Muy bien ubicado.

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en el anuncio. Es un piso 9, tiene 2 ascensores que funcionan bien. No es lujoso pero tiene de todo. Lo único malo que la cocina no funcionaba correctamente, pero me las apañé para hacerla funcionar. El apartamento está muy céntrico y llegas al centro en nada. Si vuelvo lo buscaré para volver a alojarme en él.

Appartement délabré

Appartement délabré. Manque une vitre à la fenêtre du salon. La gazinière ne fonctionne qu'à moitié. Il faut tenir le bouton en pression sans cesse pour avoir le gaz. La bouilloire est inutilisable car complètement entartrée. L'évacuation des eaux usées de l'évier de la cuisine se fait directement dans le tambour de la machine à laver. Je ne conseille absolument pas cet appartement.

Bruyant. Pas fini. Bricolage du Dimanche et encore...pas safe du tout. Miroirs, glace non fixés. Pas de machine à café. Surtout ne pas ouvrir les placards....Pas de LV. Malgré tout bien situé. Rapport qualité prix trop élevé. Literie ok. Personne exigeante s'abstenir!

La porte est ouverre coincé par un bout de papier et il n'y a pas de serrure ni de poignet, l'appartement est en chantier. Les fenetres sont dégradées et du linge sèche dessous sur des radiateurs.

Buena ubicación y comodidad

El apartamento esta muy buen situado y comunicado. La estación de paddintong a 2 manzanas. Hyde park a 12 min.andando, dónde hay autobuses que te llevan al centro. Muchos supermecados y restauración cerca. Las camas son comodas y el apartamento cuenta con lo necesario para pasar unos días. María, la anfitriona es muy amable. Calidad precio muy bien.

Wohnung der Provisorien

7 von 10 Tagen funktionierte keine Heizung trotz Rekla bei Anreise. Fenster z. T. ohne Scheibe, bei Wind Rauschen u. Kabelschlagen ans Fenster. Haustür=Wohnungstür, wobei das Türschloss keinen Widerstand bietet, die Tür ist nicht verschließbar! 4 Betten für 6 gebuchte Personen vorgefunden & reklamiert, so dass 1 Lattenrost nachgeliefert wurde u. 1x Bettzeug fürs Sofa, das kein Schlafsofa ist! 3 Handtücher für 6 Personen vorgefunden u. nach Reklamation nachgeliefert. Bemühungen der Vermieter waren erkennbar. Wohnung 77 im Exeterhouse in Straße Hallfield Estate wirkt abgewohnt, Mängel sind nur provisorisch abgeholfen worden! Waschmaschine defekt, Lampenschirme fehlen, KEINE einzige Tür bzw. Nachbau ließ sich zuklinken. Badewannenvorleger wirklich dreckig, Lüfter im Bad ebenso u. zudem laut; Badfensterflügel mit Holzschrauben in Rahmen festgeschraubt, also auch darüber keine Lüftung möglich. Am Gasherd ist nur eine von vier Flammen nutzbar, da sie sonst erlischt. Zweigeteilter Backofen unten defekt u. schmutzig, oberer flacher Anteil nur mit Oberhitze. Besteck für 4 Personen vorhanden. Es gibt kein Wischtusch, Lappen, Schwamm als Hilfe in der Küche. Vorsicht: in Abwesenheit betrat jemand ohne Ankündigung die Wohnung, um Post an Dritte aus der Wohnung abzuholen.
