Diese wunderbare Wohnung im 1. Stock (Stand März 2019) verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, beide mit Queensize-Betten, Wohn- / Essbereich (Queensize-Schlafsofa). Waschmaschine und Trockner, voll ausgestattete Küche. Geschlossene Veranda mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Außen hat Gasgrills, 2 Außenduschen, Tische und Stühle. 1 Parkplatz vor dem Haus und 1 Parkschein werden gestellt. Nur ein paar Häuser vom schönen Strand entfernt, zu Fuß zu vielen Restaurants, Pubs und der Jolly Trolley-Haltestelle. Toller Ort, um weg zu kommen! Im Juli und August muss eine wöchentliche Miete (Samstag-Samstag) sein. Ganzjährig geöffnet !! Winter, Frühling & Herbst für wöchentliche oder lange Wochenendmieten verfügbar. Rauchfreie Anlage & Haustierfreie Einheit! Eigentümer sind lizenzierte Makler im Bundesstaat Delaware.

Diese Wohnung in Strand von Dewey liegt im Stadtzentrum und am Meer. Cape May – Lewes Ferry (Fähre) ist einen Ausflug wert, wenn du etwas unternehmen möchtest. Wer lieber die Natur bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Cape Henlopen (Südlichste Spitze der Delaware-Bucht) und Rehoboth Beach. Wonderful Weekend getaway

Great place - so close to the beach. Nice amenities - chairs, beach cart and umbrella available. Kitchen stocked well, A/C worked great, ceiling fans a plus. Convenient to restaurants and entertainment. Short drives to see the sights. Got to spend a great afternoon on the beach watching crazy golden retrievers chasing tennis balls in the surf. Seems that we landed in town during golden retriever days (a thing in Dewey) - happy pups everywhere.

Great beach weekend

This was perfect for a quick beach weekend trip. Very easy walk to the beach, and house had everything we needed for a relaxing time. Pictures from listing are accurate. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials. Nice screened in porch and common outdoor areas. Excellent communication from hosts and easy check in process. Only regret is our stay wasn’t longer.

Amazing stay!

Kathy was a fantastic host and the property was perfect for my partner and me for a quick weekend getaway. We normally stay in Bethany but we may be switching to Dewey now 😊 It’s a short walk to the beach, and we met a lot of nice neighbors in the common area between the buildings after a beach bonfire. The condo was clean, well stocked and we loved the individual HVAC units in the bedrooms. It’s a short walk to several really good restaurants as well. We would highly recommend!

A great time in Dewey

We recently stayed here with our two kids ages 10 and 8. The place was comfortable and well stocked with supplies. The location was perfect and the kids loved the outdoor shower after the beach. We enjoyed walking to the beach during the day and then to the restaurants at night. This was our first time visiting Dewey and we are already talking about returning. We would stay here again when we come back!

Excellent place for family beach trip

Family and I had a fantastic stay! Place was super clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and stores and the beach was only a few steps away! Communication from the host was exceptional and it’s probably one of the best we’ve received! We will be back for sure!

Great place to stay for small family or group of friends

I’ve stayed at Kathy’s place twice. First with a group of friends, and this last time with my husband and 2 and 4 year old. It is so close to the beach and super comfortable. Would recommend for sure. Tons of places to walk to. Super close drive to the rehoboth boardwalk for the kids to play at funland. Will definitely stay at Kathy’s again!

Cozy hideaway

My family had a privilege of staying at Kathy’s cozy hideaway in Dewey Beach for a long weekend at the end of July. Her unit was not only well-stocked with everything imaginable & spotless, but within walking distance to tons of restaurants and activity. It is literally a half of a block to the beach. The thing that I liked is that, although we were surrounded by activity, this little unit was tucked away in privacy.. I would absolutely recommend this unit, and Kathi as a host as she was communicative, and gracious. This truly is a hidden gem in Dewey Beach!

Great Place

A great place to stay and exceeded my expectation. We had 4 adults so having the 2 outdoor showers made the 1 bathroom a non issue. Kathy supplied way more than anticipated (paper plates, to go cups, a nice welcome bucket with great snacks, hand soap, a second parking pass, tissues and both regular and Kurig coffee makers). The courtyard was real nice and a very short walk to the beach. Overall very cozy and plenty of room for 4.

A pleasant, generous stay

I, along with my family members, had a fabulous time on Rodney Dr in Dewey Beach. Wonderful host, who worked with me, as I had a health emergency. Generous and pleasant accommodations. I recommend it to anyone in search of a peaceful beach stay! Dewey Beach is also one of my favorite beaches on the Eastern Shore.

Dewey Beach stay

Nice place, very clean, we enjoyed our stay. I did find it strange we had to bring our own sheets and pillowcases. When flying in, space is limited so that did cause a bit of an issue. It was communicated to us in advance so we were prepared, I just have not had a VRBO stay have us do that previously, that is all I am saying.

Home away from home!

Clean and logical! Everything (except linens) is provided and accessible for your stay. I was so happy to have a beach chair and umbrella for the sunny beach days. Along with a guide on the best places to eat locally. Which just about everything is walking distance, including Rehoboth which is not too far. Could even take the bikes as there is a bike path along the way, and a scenic lake.

Ideal Getaway!

From start to finish, this was the IDEAL getaway for a single parent and her two young children! Kathy was hospitable, always quick to respond, and the property was beyond adorable and well appointed! I was able to pack lightly - the property offered a beach wagon, chairs, and beach toys for the kids. The house is clean, adorably decorated, and has everything you could hope to need during your stay. The community area for the condo complex is warm and inviting, with picnic benches, a hammock, grills, and 2 incredibly nice outdoor showers. All within a couple minute walk to the beach? Yes, please! Kathy - thank you for providing such a cute place for my kids and I to make such special memories on our vacation! We hope to be back soon.

Great Location

The condo was very clean and well stocked with paper products and cooking and cleaning supplies as well as a beach cart and chairs to borrow. The location is perfect - close to the beach and restaurants. The host was very accommodating and even secured 2 pack n plays to borrow for our stay!

We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. It is super cute, steps away from the beach & in a quiet location. Yet e-z to get to restaurants, pubs & the Jolly Trolley.
