A TV and box is provided giving all UK channels as well as local stations.

For optimal comfort, the villa is equipped with timer air conditioning units throughout, ensuring a pleasant temperature in every room can be achieved quickly and then maintained by the ceiling fans which are installed in all living areas, providing a refreshing breeze during warm summer days.

There are also a host of water sports at Latchi marina which is 2 kilometres away.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Allocated parking is available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
-No glasses allowed in pool area, only use plastic glasses provided.

While the pools are operational, they are currently closed as the committee works on securing licensing approvals. We expect this process to be completed by May or June 2024, but delays beyond this date are possible and out of our control.
