We restored the home carefully and kept original features where possible for you to get a true Portuguese experience.

With four bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms and one shared bathroom, there is plenty of space to accommodate extended families or group of friends. Modern amenities, featuring free wi-fi, Air/Con, double glazed windows, towel heaters, 50'' HD Smart TV, complimentary international TV channels, a fully equipped kitchen with new devices including a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen utensils ensure a comfortable stay.

- Free Parking included - approximate measures are 5.24m x 2.36m (17.2 foot x 7.7 foot), see pics. The property is in a car-restricted pedestrian area, with access granted exclusively to residents. The allocated parking spot is roughly a 5-minute walk from the home.

Guest Access:
Your holiday home is fully available to you. Please note that check-in is typically done in person when you will receive the keys, an overview of the apartment as well as an introduction to the city, activities, and the immediate neighbourhood. Additionally, we offer the convenience of optional self-check-in depending on the situation. Parking Availability: We offer exclusive free guest parking for your convenience. Please let us know in advance if you need access, and we'll provide the necessary instructions.

The Neighborhood:
Choose the best of two worlds, located between Chiado and Bairro Alto there is not much you can not do!
Chiado is Lisbon's most elegant and trendiest neighbourhood. Everyone meets for coffee, shopping, or before going out for dinner. It's a neighbourhood that flashes back to the late 19th and early 20th century and the neighbourhood of theatres, charming old bookshops and major international brands: feel the lively cosmopolitan ambiance throughout the day.
Bairro Alto is a picturesque working class quarter dating from the 16th century that has traditionally been the city's bohemian haunt of artists and writers. Its grid of streets is quiet during the day, but is transformed at night into the city's vibrant nightlife quarter. Indulge in a variety of traditional and international restaurants, and explore a multitude of bars and alternative shops that stay open till late. Mingle with locals from all generations and bar-hop through the cobbled lanes of this neighbourhood enjoying the city's usual mild nights.

Getting Around:
There is ample transports links around the apartment:
- Underground: Baixa/Chiado Station (2min), with connections to the entire city, the airport and the most important train lines (5min): Rossio for Sintra/Queluz; Cais do Sodré for Belém/Estoril/Cascais
- Bus stops (1min)
- Without forgetting the famous nº 28 Electric Tram (1min) going west takes you to Estrella and Campo Orique, going east to Alfama and Graca

Further afield if you got more time to travel:
Use train station Santa Apolónia for Porto and Coimbra. Note, this train stops also in Oriente for Lisbon Ocearium and the Expo area, Oriente has also a metro station.

Late Check in Fees: Please be aware of late check-in fees—EUR 25 (7:30pm-midnight), EUR 35 (midnight-2am), EUR 50 (2am-9am), applicable if not opting for self-check-in during these hours.
