One bedroom, 1 washroom and one kitchen. Beach front property in a modern resort like complex just steps from the beach. The interior of the home is one level, a total of 60 square meters. A decent size garden with an outdoor dining table for outdoor dinners and one an intimate private patio area for guests. Beautifully landscaped gardens and a huge swimming pool. A stream runs throughout gardens and palm trees.

The space
Upon entering through the dark blue/black door with the gold lion door knocker you enter into a hallway with a gold ceiling and light. The living/dining and kitchen area are open concept with a white and black theme.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including dishwasher, stove, oven and more spices for your use then any other airbnb you have been to.
The living area has an extra large super comfy designer couch with ample seating, and new lighting for a very modern feel. From the couch you can see the ocean and the palms of the resort.

Bedroom 1 has a new queen size mattress and a designer wall with "cubbies" gives a distinct island aesthetic feel. At night you can hear the ocean and let the waves of the mediterranean lull you to sleep.
The washroom is efficient hotel style with Greek marble and equipped with shower and tub. The patio walking out from the living room area has ample outdoor seating where you can enjoy the breeze and the ocean view.

Special care was taken in the designing of the gardens and the common areas along with the communal pool, which overflows into a stream to create a spectacular scene that is sure to leave lasting impressions and make your holiday memorable.

Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the home, upper patio, garden with dining area, as well as the communal areas, gardens, and pool at the heart of the complex, as well as the adjoining beach.

Other things to note
There are cats outside that sleep in the garden. Please do not allow them in the house
We require guests to send a copy of their ID before the stay.

Please note that some of the local shops and restaurants are closed until the 1st of May but after that everything is open and guests have many options. Also we are informing our clients before arrival it’s always best to have a car to explore the island, but if you are just interested in a relaxing beachfront vacation it’s not necessarily needed.
