Next to the Mediterranean Sea and just one mile from the Mar Menor and bustling seaside resort town of Los Alcázares, Roda Golf and Beach Resort can be found. The Resort has been built in a typical Andalusian style in a region blessed with more than 157 miles of Mediterranean beaches and almost 300 days of sunshine a year, all with an average temperature of 21 degrees.

The resort is gated with 24 hour security and offers guests use of its many facilities such as parks, sports facilities and restaurant / bar.

Located just half an hour from the Región de Murcia International Airport and an hour from Alicante-Elche Airport, La Manga is very well-connected to both national and international destinations and is the perfect place for quality living on the Mar Menor.

At 20 minutes away, Cartagena is the closest major city. It's a port city full of culture and history and has a great gastronomic offering.

The property offers guests ample living space. Enter through the front door to find a spacious living and dining area with fully-equipped kitchen to the side. The living space features a comfortable sofa, arm chair, large TV, dining set and large patio doors which open out to the patio and then directly to the lovely communal pool.

There is also a WC and shower room on the ground floor, conveniently located as you enter the property before the stairs and main living area.

Upstairs guests will find two bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms. One bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed and terrace access and the other offers two single beds.

This gorgeous townhouse has a south facing terrace and balcony which offer sunny mornings, afternoons and evenings alike. It also offers views over the swimming pool and from the top terrace the golf course.

Roda Golf Resort is located close to the sea and the town of Los Alcazares where you can find many shops, restaurants and bars for all tastes. The area has lots of activities like boating, tennis, padel, windsurfing, kitesurfing and of course golf.
