Just a few meters from Plaza de Santa Ana and Puerta del Sol, this property is located in an area with little car traffic, where walking and discovering Madrid on foot will be a true delight. This area offers a wide range of culinary options, and many leisure and shopping options, as well as being very well connected to other areas of the city.

Likewise, this property is located just a few minutes\' walk from Madrid\'s tourist and cultural attractions such as the Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Retiro Park.

The apartment:

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building equipped with a lift and wheelchair access.
Spacious and cosy, it has all the amenities to ensure maximum comfort.
It can accommodate up to eight people and consists of a full bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bathtub located in the suite and three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and amenities to ensure a perfect stay.

The charming living room has a TV, a sofa and a double sofa bed and also incorporates the dining room. From the living room you can also access a French-style balcony with an external view.
The apartment has heating and air conditioning in all its rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Accessing the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted access for road traffic. Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
