Charming and modern, just minutes from the Financial District
Located in the Cuatro Caminos area in the Tetuán district, a popular and multicultural residential neighbourhood in the northern part of the city with a long tradition. This is a building located very close to Bravo Murillo Street and Reina Victoria Avenue, which has an excellent location especially for visitors staying in Madrid for periods of time, due to its proximity and good connection with the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the Orense financial district, where the iconic Picasso Tower is located; the Corte Inglés on Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; as well as many other shops and shopping centres.
This is a neighbourhood in full development with a lot of commercial offer and an impressive life where tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is the well-known Mercado de Maravillas, one of the largest food markets in Europe where many of the city\'s best chefs acquire their products. An excellent location for students, executives and also tourists.
The Apartment:
This apartment is located on the third floor and has the perfect capacity for 8 people.
It has three beautiful bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, and two comfortable bathrooms with showers.
The cosy living room shares the area with the dining room, which has a dining table for 6 diners, to which two more chairs can be added if needed. The living room has a double sofa bed and a modern SmartTV.
The kitchen, integrated with the living room, has a modern design and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.
The apartment has air conditioning with a heat pump (heating) in all rooms.
This apartment does not have private parking, you can find public parking a short distance from the apartment.
The building has renovation works underway inside.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
