This single-storey property includes a kitchen with electric AGA and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a living/dining room with dining seating for four, an electric fire stove and a Smart TV. There are two double bedrooms as well as a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is an enclosed graveled garden with mature shrubs, furniture and a wood-fired hot tub, plus off-road parking for two cars. Within 6.5 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub and please note that this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Make an idyllic escape to the scenery of the Scottish Borders with a stay at Trefoil cottage. Note: Occasional farm traffic.

Further from the village you will find Peebles, where there are riverside walks, shops, pubs and the historic Neidpath Castle and Tunnel. For a day spent in the city, head over to the incredible Edinburgh, where there is a fantastic selection of tasty eateries, pubs, bars, convenience stores and independent shops to browse at your leisure. Walk beside the sea at Granton Harbour and Newhaven Lighthouse, enjoying the sunshine at Portobello Beach, or learn more about local history and heritage at one of the museums available.
