Dieser Komplex am 7100 Gulf Drive ist gut geführt, makellos gepflegt und gilt als einer der besten der Insel!

Genießen Sie den weißen Sandstrand direkt vor der Anlage, entspannen Sie sich im kürzlich renovierten Gemeinschaftspool oder spielen Sie eine Partie Tennis (die Plätze sind beleuchtet). Der Komplex befindet sich auf der kostenlosen Trolley-Route der Insel und es gibt eine Haltestelle gleich die Straße hinauf am 78. und Gulf Drive. Mit dem Trolley können Sie bequem in den Geschäften vor Ort einkaufen, etwas essen oder einfach nur sitzen und die Landschaft genießen, während Sie die gesamte Länge der Insel bereisen.

Diese Endeinheit im 2. Stock verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und ist komplett möbliert. Das Haupt- / Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer. Dieses Badezimmer wurde gerade im Oktober 2019 renoviert! Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet und bietet einen schnellen Zugang zum zweiten Badezimmer. Fernseher befinden sich im Hauptschlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie zum einfachen Kochen benötigen. Die private Terrasse bietet einen Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko und ist ideal zum Frühstücken oder um abends ein Glas Wein zu genießen! Wir haben Liegestühle für Sie zur Verfügung. Wenn Sie zusätzliche Stühle benötigen, wenden Sie sich an den Hausverwalter vor Ort.

Der Komplex verfügt über eine Waschküche, sodass Sie Ihre Wäsche vor Ort waschen können. Das Gerät verfügt über einen reservierten Parkplatz.

Sunset Paradise

This condo is very nicely decorated with comfy furniture. Dining table and balcony table provided ample seating. Coffee table perfect for jigsaw puzzle. Loved the walk in shower. My only suggestion would be to provide additional silverware. Only 1 dinner fork, 4 dessert forks, 5 spoons and 7 knives. We had a great time with Family and extended family. The sunsets every night were a highlight. Ann Marie is a great place to vacation.

The condo is located at such a perfect spot on this beautiful island. The beach is so beautiful and you can set off on many fun adventures from this spot. The condo was clean and comfortable. Fritz was very helpful and we met very nice people who were staying at other units at the Nautilus. We had a fantastic time staying here

I loved the hard wood floors and the cleanliness of the property. The pool was wonderful and simple easy access to the beach made things simple and relaxing. wished for more pillows in the master and a few extra clean blankets. Right on the beach

You can’t beat the location of this place- literally steps from the beach, and half way between Bradenton and the end of AMI. Great pool, laundry on site, nice people and Fritz the manager is right there if you need anything. There is construction/renovation going on, but it didn’t bother us too much. Great place - would stay there again!

Amazing stay!!

My family and I had an absolute blast on our first visit to Ana Maria Island. The condo was beautiful and spacious. The proximity to the beach was terrific and we were able to quickly run out to catch a sunset every night. The complex was clean and well taken care of. Fritz the property manager was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed being able to utilize the pool when we needed a break from the beach. The pool was clean and there were plenty of chairs to lay out and relax. The properties location was a great middle point to go between the northern end and the southern end of the island. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Excellent Location

Property was taken care of well. Interior of unit was nice but could use some simple upgrades such as shower curtains, kitchen supplies, towel racks and ceiling fans. Overall it was delightful and I'd stay there again!

My family returned to this condo for the second time and again had the most wonderful, relaxing experience. Clare's condo is well furnished, clean, and updated. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained by the friendly property manager, Fritz. The vibe at this place just cannot be beat; everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. Relaxing, quiet getaway!

We had a great stay in AMI. This property does not have a beach view but is an easy walk to the beach and the pool. The complex and the pool are both very quiet (most of the people staying there were older) but there were tons of people out on the beach if you're looking for kids and more activity. Both Clare and Fritz were wonderful and we were so thankful that they were able to be flexible on our check-in/check-out times. We will definitely be back!

Overall good stay

We loved the facility however the ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work so the bedroom was miserable to sleep in…it was so hot !! The vents were completely open in the bedroom. Also the ceiling fan in the living room looks like it is going to fall at any moment. Other than the two fans the stay was wonderful. I informed the facility person of the fan the first night but it was never addressed.

Great!

Our family stayed a week and enjoyed our visit. The condo is clean and updated. It could use more utensils, but other than that, no complaints. The location is perfect. On the beach and an easy bike ride to Pine Ave for shopping and fishing at the city pier. We would stay again. The property manager, Fritz, is great and very helpful.

This is a beautiful condo! Comfortable beds and seating in the living area.

Cleanliness is next to Godliness (and the beach)

Though not original to the Dutch, a common proverb amongst those with Dutch ancestry is that "cleanliness is next godliness." And this rental passes the test! (Especially with the beautiful brand new flooring!) We loved our stay at the Nautilus. Clare was very easy to work with. The location cannot be topped. AMI can get busy, but not only is this condo off the main drag, it is right on the beach and near dining and shops. Clare has stocked this condo wonderfully - from kitchen supplies, to games, books, towel drying rack, extra blankets, and even restaurant recommendations. We appreciated everything about this condo. The grounds of the Nautilus condos are clean and well-kept, thanks to the care of of the property manager, Fritz. When we were there, everyone was very kind and pleasant. The place just has a great vibe. I'm already looking into returning!
