Centrally located apartment near the Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio. Due to its strategic location this space offers easy access to all major tourist attractions. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests.     Located on the third and top floor without elevator of a typical Florentine building.   It consists of: double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living area with dining table and kitchenette equipped with dishes, utensils, refrigerator, stove and microwave oven.   It is equipped with Wifi connection and air conditioning (only in the living room). A set of towels and bed linen are available to each guest.
Reaching the apartment requires several flights of stairs so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility and young children. Located in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, you can easily walk to the city's main attractions. It is located in a restricted traffic zone, parking is not possible in the surrounding streets, it is recommended to park in a private garage.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
