Thank you for the hospitality! What I liked: The apartment is very warm and quiet Great renovation, the kitchen has everything you need The neighborhood is excellent – everything is within walking distance What I didn’t like: The response time before check-in was slow. If it weren’t for our friend, who speaks Spanish and has a Spanish phone number, I don’t know how I would have received the check-in information. The information was provided on the day I arrived in Spain from another country, and I was without internet access. Before that, I wrote every day to get the details about check-in. Let’s be honest, when you’re flying and exhausted from traveling, the last thing you want is to search for Wi-Fi with three suitcases to read the instructions on how to find the place What could be improved in the apartment: Internet: It doesn’t work in two rooms – the bedroom and the office Toilet leak: The toilet leaks from the back Bathroom smell: There’s an unpleasant smell, similar to cat urine
