Due to the location of the apartment, we kindly ask you to obey the House Rules, mainly concerning curfew from 10 pm to 6 am (strictly no parties after 10 pm) and smoking in the apartment (possibility of smoking on the balconies).
Any violation of the rules will result in the start of the collection process through the booking portal and the collection of a deposit.

Make yourself at home and take care of our place as if it were your own.

1) Turn off lights when you are not using them.
2) Do not allow unverified people into your home.
3) You are completely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged for any property damage, if any.
4) Persons not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5) Parties, events, anniversaries or birthdays are strictly prohibited if not discussed in advance with the host.
6) Make sure all windows are closed before leaving the house.
7. this is a non-smoking apartment. A one-time fine will be charged for violations.
8) Late check-outs are charged an additional fee of EUR 15 per 1 hour.
9. Parking, if available, is charged as an additional fee of EUR 15/day, unless otherwise agreed or written in the description.
