Praska Street is part of the modern district of Dębniki in Krakow. It is not only a green area and new comfortable buildings, but also a close neighborhood and easy connection with the whole Cracow.
The ICE Krakow Congress Center is located nearby, which makes this location ideal for business trips. Of course, thanks to the area, the location is no less ideal for families with children or friends - a few minutes from the apartment there is a wonderful park where you can spend active time with children or friends or go for a romantic walk. Nearby you can also find the Twardowski Rocks Park and its famous Zakrzówek lagoon.
The position of the Dębniki district at the corner of the Vistula River makes it easy to access both Kazimierz, the Old Town and even the historic Podgórze district, which ensures that you can enjoy all the city attractions.

This bright and stylish apartment is intended for 4 people and located in vicinity of Vistula Boulevards and leisure areas.
Flat is located on the 2nd floor of a building equipped with an elevator, consists of bedroom with queen size bed, living area with a double sofa bed, kitchenette with dining area and bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Well-equipped kitchen has everything what our guests need to feel comfortable in our apartment including coffee machine. An undoubted advantage of the Apartment is the possibility of using two bikes specially prepared for our guests. The main advantage of this apartment is the free bicycles that we provide to our guests so you can visit nearby attractions such as the Vistula Boulevards or Krakow's monuments.

~Notes~

In view of apartment's character and location we kindly ask to abide our House Rules. Primarily please remember about quiet hours from 22:00 till 6:00 (organizing party is strictly forbidden) as well as not smoking in the apartment.

~House Rules~

Make yourself at home and please take care of our place like if it was yours.

1. Turn off the light when you are not using it.
2. Don’t let unverified people inside the apartment.
3. You are entirely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged with any damages to property if occurred.
4. People not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthday events are strictly forbidden if not discussed previously with the host.
6. Before leaving the house make sure are all windows are closed.
7. This is a non smoking apartment. A one time penalty fee will be applied if violated.
8. Late check outs are charged an extra fee of 15 EUR per 1 hour.
9. Parking if available is paid as extra fee of 15 EUR / day, unless agreed or written in the description otherwise.
