Bracka street begins heading south from the Main Square and on towards the Church of St. Francis of Assisi, also known as the Friars Minor, hence its name - Brothers Street. The charm of the old town and Bracka Street, straight from Turnau's song, is irreplaceable. This location guarantees access to all the best attractions, restaurants and clubs within walking distance. Just around the corner is the royal castle - Wawel with its famous dragon that throws itself on fire and at the same time is a symbol of this mysterious city. The route to Kazimierz takes only 10 minutes on foot. And for the lovers of walking and active leisure the great advantage will be the Vistula River, which is only 7 minutes away.

This absolutely gorgeous, freshly renovated, prestigious and modern 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor in the renovated building. Up to 6 people can feel absolutely comfortable here.
It consists of a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The bedrooms are each equipped with queen size beds. The bathroom is equipped with shower and WC. The main living area is equipped with a sofa bed providing an extra sleeping space for 2. Kitchen has all necessary equipment of a fully furnished home.
The apartment offers access to internet TV, Smart TV (Netflix) and high-speed wireless internet WIFI.
Fully equipped for the comfortable stay of our guests and every smallest detail is designed to make everyone feel at home.

For our guests we offer breakfasts with delivery to the apartment. The cost of breakfast is 45 PLN / 9 EUR per person.

1.Breakfasts are delivered to the apartments daily between 7:00 and 9:00 am.
2.Breakfasts are to be chosen from a menu which is sent after making a payment
3.Breakfast must be ordered no later than 6pm for the next day

Guests can use all the facilities available on the apartment, both prepared for them coffee, tea, etc., as well as the apartment equipment (washing machine, hair dryer, etc.) - unless otherwise stated. We provide fresh linen and towels in the hotel standard.

Due to the location of the apartment, we kindly ask you to comply with the House Rules, mainly regarding night quietness between 22:00 - 6:00 (strict ban on parties after 22:00) and smoking in the apartment (smoking possible on the balconies ).
Each break of the regulations results in the commencement of the debt collection process through the booking portal and the collection of a deposit.

Make yourself at home and please take care of our place like if it was yours.
1. Turn off the light when you are not using it.
2. Don’t let unverified people inside the apartment.
3. You are entirely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged with any damages to property if occurred.
4. People not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthday events are strictly forbidden if not discussed previously with the host.
6. Before leaving the house make sure are all windows are closed.
7. This is a non smoking apartment. A one time penalty fee will be applied if violated.
8. Late check outs are charged an extra fee of 15 EUR per 1 hour.
9. Parking if available is paid as extra fee of 15 EUR / day, unless agreed or written in the description otherwise.
