Apartment:
This perfectly furnished and classic apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a historic, renovated building. It consists of one master bedroom: with a Queen Size Bed. The living room has a double sofa bed. The apartment is designed for 4 people. A big advantage of this apartment is its spaciousness and the aforementioned location. Bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay such as: cooker, kettle, coffee machine, etc. For full comfort we provide products such as coffee, tea and basic household products (sugar, salt, pepper, oil, etc.). For our guests we provide high quality cosmetics for the bathroom, and for greater comfort we provide small but no less important equipment such as an iron, hair dryer, etc. The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary household appliances, comfortable for both short and long stays in Krakow, also TV and wireless WIFI.

For our guests we offer breakfasts with delivery to the apartment. The cost of breakfast is 30 PLN / 7 EUR per person.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1.Breakfasts are delivered to the apartments daily between 7:00 and 9:00 am.
2.Breakfasts are to be chosen from a menu which is sent after making a payment
3.Breakfast must be ordered no later than 6pm for the next day

Guests have access to the entire apartment and building. Everything is included in price and at guest's disposal, including professional hotel bedlinen, shower gel, shampoo and other essentials.
Guests can ask for concierge services at any time during their stay.
Coffee, tea and basic cooking amenities are provided.

In the view of apartment's character and location we kindly ask to abide our House Rules. Primarily please remember about quiet hours from 22:00 till 6:00 (organizing party is strictly forbidden) as well as not smoking in the apartment.

~House Rules~

Make yourself at home and please take care of our place like if it was yours.

1. Turn off the light when you are not using it.
2. Don’t let unverified people inside the apartment.
3. You are entirely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged with any damages to property if occurred.
4. People not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthday events are strictly forbidden if not discussed previously with the host.
6. Before leaving the house make sure all windows are closed.
7. This is a non smoking apartment. A one time penalty fee will be applied if violated.
8. Late check outs are charged an extra fee of 15 EUR per 1 hour.
9. Parking if available is paid as extra fee of 25 EUR / day, unless agreed or written in the description otherwise.
