Due to the location of the apartment, we kindly ask you to obey the House Rules, mainly concerning curfew from 10 pm to 6 am (strictly no parties after 10 pm) and smoking in the apartment (possibility of smoking on the balconies).
Any violation of the rules will result in the start of the debt collection process through the booking portal and the collection of a deposit.

~Home Rules.

Make yourself at home and care for our place as if it were your own.

1) Turn off lights when you are not using them.
2) Don't allow unchecked people into your home.
3) You are solely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged for any property damage.
4) Persons not listed in the reservation are not allowed in the apartment.
5) Parties, events, anniversaries and birthdays are strictly prohibited unless discussed in advance with the host.
6) Please ensure that all windows are closed before leaving the apartment.
7) Smoking is prohibited in this apartment. A one-time penalty will be charged for violation of this prohibition.
8) Late check-out is charged an additional fee of EUR 15 per 1 hour.
9) Parking, if available, is charged at an additional fee of EUR 15/day unless otherwise agreed or written in the description.
