Summary:
Add logs to a wood-burning fireplace in an airy and artfully decorated family room. Prepare meals in a gourmet kitchen and host friends and family around the dining table in a spacious art-filled house. Unwind in a jetted tub before bedtime.
The Space:
Although only 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, the house is expansive (400 square meters). The house is well equipped with air-conditioning, underfloor heating and built in fireplace. The entertainment areas are open plan opening onto a large pool and entertainment area. This looks onto a small stream and green belt. Although within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants (400m) it offers a very private space on the greenbelt below Lions Head.
The bedrooms are situated upstairs and open onto a large entertainment deck with views towards the sea in the front and mountains behind. Each bedroom can either be made up with two single beds or one king size bed. All bedrooms have dedicated bathrooms.
LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP
What is Powered:Lights, TV, plugs, WIFI, kitchen appliances and 2 aircons are backed up.
What Isn’t Powered:The lift is not backed up, staircase to be used during loadshedding. Main bedroom aircon is not backed up.
HOUSEKEEPING
This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac in Camps Bay, at the foot of Lions Head mountain range, in a wind-protected area known as The Glen. Walk to world-class beaches, restaurants, and bars. Nearby coastal drives are spectacular.
Getting Around:
The nearest MyCiti bus stop is 200m from the house and this service will take you to all corners of the city.
There are 2 secure underground parking bays and additional off street parking.

This property is semi-detached with a second property below it. It shares a parking with the other property.
