Welcome to our lovely villa on an elegant small urbanisation in the countryside between Coín and Alhaurin El Grande and no more than a 15 minute drive from the delightful little whitewashed town of Mijas Pueblo with its abundance of cafes and restaurants, along with wonderful views to the sea.

Villa description:

Imposing south facing and sunny villa with far reaching views to the surrounding hills. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Pool heating an option.

Locked entrance gates with off road parking for one car. Ample roadside parking. 12 steps up to the front door.

Beautiful pool area with charcoal barbecue ideal for outdoor living and alfresco dining. The villa accommodates 8 adults comfortably.


Ground floor:

Entrance lobby leading to a fully fitted kitchen, living area and bedroom no. 2.

Kitchen opens on to the outside covered dining space overlooking the pool.

Light and airy living area. TV and smart speaker. Log burner. Patio doors open on to a relaxed seating area to the front overlooking the pool. 2 sofas. Large dining table. Second set of patio doors lead to the rear of the villa.

Bedroom no. 2 with en suite - shower, washbasin and wc. The en suite has optional access from the living area which can be useful if used as a downstairs cloakroom.

Outside:

The spacious pool area is south facing and ideal for socialising. Full sized ping pong table to the side.
Easy seating under cover as well as to the far side of the pool with parasol alongside. Eight Sun loungers, cushions and pool towels.
The pretty traditional barbecue uses charcoal and sets the tone for relaxing evenings with family or friends. Gorgeous ambience with tree and pool lighting.
Pretty foliage to the rear, including a mandarin tree and a lemon tree and please help yourself to any ripe fruit!

Stairs from living area lead to the first floor:

Master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes and balcony with coffee table and seating. Beautiful views, gorgeous for breakfast as the sun rises. En-suite with bath, separate shower, washbasin and wc.

Bedroom 3. Double bed, mirrored wardrobe and Juliet balcony with beautiful views.

Bedroom 4. Twin beds. Wardrobe, full length mirror and Juliet balcony with beautiful views.

Bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin for bedrooms 3 and 4.
