The loaf sofa is low, it may not be suitable for elderly guests. The property does not allow guests under the age of 18, including infants.

Town: Ruan Minor is a tiny village resting in Cornwall, perched on the Lizard Peninsula and just slightly inland from the coast. Settled next to the bustling fishing village of Cadgwith, Ruan Minor is part of the Ruan-Grade parish alongside Ruan Major and Grade. The village is home to a local Post Office combined with a village store, serving any self-catering needs, along with the Ruan Minor Pavilion bar where locals gather. Over in Cadgwith you can find two more pubs serving delicious seafood, as well as a fishmongers and a gift shop, while heading northward leads you to Kuggar which has two pubs and a local shop too. Ruan Minor is the perfect spot for those seeking a tranquil, quiet break to Cornwall, just a stone's throw from the South Coast West Path where you can delight in soaking up the stunning seascapes and taking energetic rambles.
