Elias 3-bedroom Villa on the Beach With Pool

Villa Elias is located in a modern resort complex just steps away from Aphrodie beach in the seaside village Pyrgos Psilonerou and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, 2 equipped kitchens, 2 outside patio areas as well as a private jacuzzi room.
The villa has two floors, a total of 120 sqm, and is located in a modern resort complex with a shared pool right outside.

On the upper floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, stove and oven in an open landscape to the living room with a walkout to the big terrace, offering an outside dining area with sea view.

The living room has a large comfortable couch, a corner sofa and a coffee table.
The upper bedroom with its designer wall gives a distinct island aesthetic feel and has a new comfortable queen sized bed.
The upper washroom is tiled with Greek marble, equipped with a shower and bathtub.

The lower level, one staircase down, contains two bedrooms, a kitchen, a washroom, a washing machine, as well as a jacuzzi room.
The second bedroom is painted turquoise with a comfortable queen sized bed as well as a table, ideal for working in front of a window with views of the garden.

In the hallway, there is a washroom with a shower as well as a washing machine. Furthermore, there is another equipped kitchen that is separated from the third bedroom by a custom made wall with a sliding door.

The third bedroom has a custom made king sized bed with a step-out to the private jacuzzi room, tiled with designer marble and equipped with a shower.
The jacuzzi tub has different LED- and bubbles settings which are easy to control with a remote. It heats up to 40°C and can accommodate 4 persons.

The property has two outdoor patios right in the beautifully landscaped garden. There is also an approximately 600 sqm pool that is open all year round. The pool and sun beds are shared with other residents within the complex.

Please note that some of the local shops and restaurants are closed until the 1st of May but after that everything is open and guests have many options. Also we are informing our clients before arrival it’s always best to have a car to explore the island, but if you are just interested in a relaxing beachfront vacation it’s not necessarily needed.
