Diese Wohnung im Erdgeschoss des Madeira Beach Yacht Club mit einem Schlafzimmer ist perfekt für einen erholsamen Kurzurlaub. Diese Wohnung vor kurzem komplett renoviert November 2016 mit neuen Küchenschränken, gefliesten begehbarer Dusche, neuen Böden, Decken und Leuchten. Dieses Gerät ist mit Kingsize-Bett, Queen-Schlafsofa und Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet. Alle Bettwäsche, Handtücher und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Dieses Gerät verfügt über 2 Flachbildfernseher. Sie müssen nur Ihre Kleidung mitbringen. Das Gerät verfügt auch über 12x 14 umzäunten Terrassenbereich mit Schiebefenstern und Deckenventilator. Wir sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand, zum ROC-Park auf der anderen Straßenseite und zum Einkaufen in der Nähe. Hinweis: 1 Woche Mindestaufenthalt. Benötigt Samstag Ankunft in der Saison.

Madiera Beach Vacation

The location, convenience, and snd iTunes were great. They had all of the stuff one would need for the 10 minute walk to the beach (a wagon, umbrellas, May, and Tver stuff thst we didn’t even use). The complex had two swimming pools, which was great as we used the pool more than the beach. They also had a gas grill, which we used a few times.

Great Location

Easy check in and a great location. Able to walk to most everything that you would need. The condo has many amenities and is well stocked with useful items. The host is quick to respond and very friendly. We look forward to staying again in the near future. A+

Cozy!

The condo was lovely, it was very cozy, little smaller than we thought but that's okay! The owner was amazing and answered all my question's I had at anytime. There is literally everything you need in the condo, so much beach stuff and extra towels and dishes/pots/pans in the kitchen, it was nice sitting in the patio drinking coffee in the mornings. It was close to everything and loved our walks in the morning around the R.O.C park and our daughter plays softball and they had softball games almost every night we were there so we were able to watch that, it was a great stay! I also love how secure everything was, you have to have a key to even get in the gate to get to the doors to the condo's, I love that, having a baby and 7 year old I liked that piece of mind... Would stay again!

Awesome place!!!

We enjoyed staying at this place. We booked it for 8 nights, and by the end of our vacation we felt that we do not want to leave. The apartment was clean, we had everything necessary for living (kitchen well organized with everything- plates, silverwares, pots to prepare your food, bath and beach towels, umbrella, chairs for beach, coolers etc), but after our 2nd day at the beach we went and bought a second umbrella, because the sun was super hot and we got some sunburns. We really enjoyed staying at this lovely place. Very convenient location 5-10 min walking from the beach. There is a pier where you can go fishing, which we also did. There are few stores around where you can buy food and alcohol if you would like. The communication with Amy was fast and easy, she answered promptly to our questions and concerns. We will definitely be back to this place, so let's take care of everything that this apartment has to offer!

The property advertises air conditioning, however the air conditioner has failed. They wired it so the fan kept blowing , never shuts off, even at 77degrees when set at 68. The owner was aware of this and still rented it. The unit has mold growing in numerous places and smell very musty, their are air fresheners scattered hidden throughout the unit. There are black minute bugs all over the kitchen. The porch roof leaks and has been leaking for a long time. The owner also asked us, through VRBO, if we’d like the same unit next year, to book with her to eliminate the VRBO fees. The air conditioner fan is so loud, you are unable to sleep, unless you shut off the breaker. Great complex, however a bad landlord.

This was our second stay at the Maderia Beach condos, we like the location, easy walking distance to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and bars, and easy access to Gulf Blvd. The condo was very clean and well equipped with about every you needed.

Great stay

Where do I start… this was such a great area to stay. The communication with the host was perfect. This condo is conveniently located near groceries, food with entertainment, ice cream for the kids, and the beach. It’s tucked away and in a quiet area with a recreation area across the street (basketball, baseball, small splash pad, playground). Inside, it was clean and very welcoming. Note to anyone that stays. We plan on going back so let’s take care of the equipment they have there, such as the wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

Small and wish it was closer to beach, but it works

Had a couple issues when we first got there - Deadbolt was loose/broken and we couldn't get the front door to close. My husband was able to get it temporarily working so we could at least close the door. Then the washing machine started leaking. Owner was quick to respond and said maintenance would be there the next morning. The unit itself was clean and stocked with our basic needs, including some bottled water and Capri Suns in the fridge. It is a small condo, but it worked for our needs. Shower is big, has great water pressure and HOT water. HVAC is REALLY loud. It can wake you up in the middle of the night. Location is pretty nice because it's near local restaurants, the park with a splash pad, fishing, etc, but still off a side road for more privacy. We never heard neighbors above us or around us. Quiet complex. I do wish it was closer to the beach. It says it's "across the street" but it's really 2 streets away. Not horrible, but they are busy roads and my husband has a bad hip so sometimes walking isn't always easy for him. There is a parking lot at the beach and you pay by the hour. There's also the Snack Shack at the beach. They have an outside bar and a server brings you your food. Food wasn't anything special and honestly neither is the service. Server was in a foul mood and was incredibly rude. One visit there was enough for us. We brought our own food and snacks to the beach after that. They do have live singers on the patio though, and the lady that performs on Sundays was really good! (This obviously doesn't affect my review of the condo, it's just a tip for future visitors.) The condo complex has a workout room with a treadmill, cycle, etc, as well as free weights. We used it almost every day of our trip and it was nice to have. (Our teenager runs cross country and wanted to make sure he got his workouts in, so it was nice to have when it was storming.) There's a sauna in the bathrooms, but we never tried those out. A jacuzzi is in the workout room areas too. It gets HOT. The pool is a decent size and goes to 8 ft deep. Overall, pretty good amenities and the condo serves its purpose.

Excellent!

The unit was clean well maintained and suited our needs for two people. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower in the bathroom was wonderful. The location is good with a short walk to Winn Dixie, CVS Pharmacy and the beach. The only issue we had was the air conditioner which I contacted the owners Ron & Amy and they responded immediately and had an air conditioning repair company there ASAP and was fixed and the air conditioner worked fine for the rest of our 3 week stay. We enjoyed the heated pools at the Madeira Beach Yacht Club. We would definitely stay here again. Steve & Debbie Roberts

Everything we needed !

We had an amazing stay here, the location is great just a few blocks from the beach, city park with basketball and tennis courts, playground for the kids. Would stay there again for sure!
