Normally the swimming pool on Antares is officially closed during the period - mid-October to mid-May. From 15th May to 15th October the pool is open when a lifeguard is present - times vary month to month.
All amenities are a pleasant fifteen minute walk away and there is a local bar just a few minutes' walk away. Great choice for all age groups.

THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking.
IMPORTANT- there will also be an additional €200 added to the existing damage deposit. This will be taken automatically with your final balance payment, 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The €200 damage deposit for the dog, plus the existing damage deposit cost, will be returned to you within 14 days of your check out date. Subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.

Additional person supplement 75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €50 booking fee is payable on each booking.
Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €20 for a 1 bedroom property, €40 for a 2 bedroom property and €60 for a 3 bedroom property.
A cleaning surcharge is applied at the time of booking.

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
