Located off Gillygate, one of the popular streets of York, with restaurants, shops and bars within a minutes walk. It’s the perfect spot, if you are wanting a luxury studio apartment to relax in after a long day exploring the beautiful city of York. Just a few minutes stroll from York’s biggest attractions. Portland stay is on the ground floor of Portland House, which can be hired as the whole house or as 5 separate studio apartments. You will instantly notice the quirky layout of the apartment, you will find a king size bed with a separate kitchen and shower room, the kitchen has a small breakfast bar perfect for eating any type of meal, whether it be a takeaway ordered from one of York’s variety of take out restaurants or a home cooked meal. A large flat screen TV perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. The kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances and utensils you could need to make a simple meal, including a cooker, microwave, electric kettle etc. The shower room consists of modern tiling throughout, a large walk in shower., with toilet and sink. Sleeping 2 guests, this studio apartment has it all, free high speed WiFi is provided throughout the apartment for the duration of your stay. The little yet essential things such as a hairdryer and iron/ ironing board are also provided, making it easier for you to pack for your stay!
