Just 100 meters from the beach with a lovely sea view, this top floor, spacious apartment has been in our family since 1990 and is being offered for serviced accommodation for the first time. We are delighted to have guests experience the space my family have enjoyed for many years.

The open plan living space comes with a sea view over Towan Beach. Big sunny windows give the space a warm and welcoming feel, allowing you to kick back and relax all with the sea in sight. Curl up with a good book in the armchair or catch up with your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The corner sofa also pulls out into a double bed.

The kitchen area is fully fitted with, eye level oven, hob, fridge/freezer,washer/dryer and coffee machine. Amble worktop space for fresh meals and the convenient breakfast bar if perfect for quick breakfasts on the go. The dining table can be extended for room for all the family or closed down to leave more living space.

The master bedroom comes with a double bed, smart TV and black out curtains to ensure the best nights sleep.


Bedroom 2 has x2 single beds that can be made into a double is needed. This room is also equipped with black out blinds and smart TV.

The family bathroom offers bath and shower, with fantastic water pressure that we all love!

This property is pet friendly.

Due to its central location, street noise is to be expected. This is a top floor flat and is accessed by a flight of stairs.

This property does not come with an allocated parking space, however there are many free on street parking spots close by. There is also a chargeable car park opposite the apartment.
