The house has a large comfortable lounge on the ground floor, with the benefit of a second lounge/snug.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast table, leading to a bright garden / dining room, with access and views out to the beautiful garden. The garden has a patio area with furniture surrounded by beds with the rest laid to lawn.
Upstairs the house benefits from a large master bedroom to the front with a king size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and a view to the garden. The bathroom is located on the 1st floor, with WC, sink, bath and a large walk-in shower.

You will have full exclusive access to the whole house, excluding the cellar and the cleaners cupboard in the bathroom

Western Undercliff beach is just 15 minutes walk away, (the main sands is around 15 minutes too) with the Boating pool a few minutes up the road, which is a perfect spot for an evening drink and pizza.
