Ty Od is a luxury detached home located in the heart of Newport, Pembrokeshire, just a stone’s throw away from Parrog Beach. Beautifully renovated and situated within walking distance of local amenities, including restaurants, pubs, and local shops. The property features tasteful soft furnishings throughout, off road private parking, and spacious bedrooms. There is a secluded private garden with plenty of seating and a BBQ fire pit perfect for cosy evenings.
Ty Od sleeps up to 8 people in 4 upstairs bedrooms: 1 master super king with en-suite bathroom, 1 super king (can become a twin upon request), 1 twin and 1 bunk bed room.
Downstairs
Entrance hall: Large welcoming entrance hall, with plenty of room for shoes and coats.
Open plan kitchen/diner: Large entertaining space with a family sized table seating up to 10, a comfy leather sofa, well equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and Bose speaker. Doors opening onto the patio and rear garden. Miele ceramic hob, electric fan oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine.
Shower Room: Downstairs walk in shower room with convenient access from the entrance hall with WC and wash-hand basin.
Sitting room: A relaxing formal sitting room with a gas ‘wood burning’ stove, 3 seater sofa, 2 comfortable arm chairs, coffee table and occasional lamps.
TV snug room: A cosy snug room with a wall mounted Smart TV and corner sofa.
Upstairs
Bedroom 1: Super king size bed, en-suite bathroom with power shower, WC and wash-hand basin, heated towel radiator, over the roof top sea views, high ceilings with exposed oak beams.
Bedroom 2: Spacious room with super king size bed (zip and link) can be set up as twin upon request. Feature arm chair, chest of draws, bedside tables and lamps.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds, bedside table with lamp and soft furnishings.
Bedroom 4: Cosy room with bunk beds. Ideal for 2 children or 2 small adults.
Bathroom: Double sinks with light up mirrors, walk in shower, WC and heated towel rail.
Outside space
Enclosed private south facing garden with large paved patio area, dining furniture, fire pit BBQ* and a lawn area with outdoor corner sofa. Driveway parking for a maximum of 2 cars. There is also an outdoor shower to use after a day at the beach and a dog washing hose (should you pet have muddy paws). There is a extendable washing line located on the side of the garage.
*Please bring your own fire wood for the fire pit BBQ and please ensure children are supervised at all times.
Please note: Linen and towels are included. However please bring your own beach towels. Our driveway also provides access to a neighbouring property therefore please ensure you do not park more than 2 cars on here. Please refer to the final image (70) which shows guest parking zone.
Guests staying at Ty Od are able to access all areas of the house and the private garden. There is no access to the garage for guests.
During your stay our home is yours, you will have freedom of our entire house with no disturbances. (Of course, if you need us for anything just give us a call)
