This is a single-storey property consisting of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and dining seating for two guests, sitting room with TV and electric fire. One double bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, patio and furniture, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, secure bike storage, bike washing area and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.1 miles there is a shop and within 0.7 miles, a pub. Sorry, no pets and strictly no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Note: The owners are discreet and will not be in the overlooked area of their garden while guests are at the property. No children or infants. Please note: For week-long stays, the changeover day is Friday, and for shorter stays, the changeover days are Fridays and Mondays. This property has a minimum of 3 nights.

Take a bike ride along the Celtic Trail East and National Cycle route 4, stroll through the countryside, enjoy a picnic or try some of the other incredible mountain bike trails on offer. The beautiful Bryngarw Park, with its 113 acres and Margam Park with a stunning orangery are well worth exploring.
