Es war ok, Steigerungspotential ist vorhanden

Die Lage und Größe der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, auch die Betten waren gut, der Parkplatz direkt daneben war praktisch. Allerdings war das Geschirr dreckig, es fehlte Besteck, es gab z.B nur 2 Gabeln, keine Kannen für Tee oder Kaffe vorhanden. Der Backofen war absolut verschmutzt und der Kühlschrank ließ sich kaum schließen weil das Gefrierfach komplett vereisst ist. Alle Fenster waren fest verschlossen, daher gab es keine Möglichkeit zu Lüften, die Luft war deswegen verbraucht. Im Bad war die Klobrille lose, hat sich immer verschoben und das Waschbecken war viel zu klein. Können daher diese Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen, es müsste einiges nachgebessert werden damit man sich dort wohl fühlt.

Man konnte es in der Wohnung aushalten, musste allerdings viel improvisieren.

Die Lage war schön, die Betten waren gut und die Aufteilung der Räume auch, aber das war es auch schon.

While I was parking, the Gentleman above on the second story, left of the stairs, threw a glass onto the courtyard below. My Son and I were moving bags into the Property. I come out one last time and this Gentleman is at his Window. He states "Did you throw that glass onto the Courtyard. I said "Excuse me". He stated it again. I said "No". He said "Are you saying I threw it on the Ground?" I stated "Sir, I am here on a VRBO stay and just Want to go to bed". He then threatened me and stated "Do you want me to come down there and we can get it going?" I stated "I do not want to fight you". He then threatened to "Come down and show me what's what" 2 more times. He then looked at my son who was at the Entrance of the Building and stated "What are you looking at, do you wanna go, do you think I threw the glass?". I then stated forcibly "Sir, no-one wants to start anything. I have just flown 9 hours, driven 5 and just want to go to bed. 1) The Door handle to the Living area is totally loose and falling off. It could lock someone in the Living Room. 2) The Paint from damp areas of the Home being Painted over are still damp and peeling. 3) The Toilet seat is broken and the Button to flush is not installed properly. 4) Caulking around Shower is peeling and will drive water into your walls. 5) The chest of drawers in Bedroom are broken and are poorly assembled. 6) The Freezer compartment is 100% frozen. 8) The cabinet door under the sink is lying to one side,
