Simple and sophisticated, Villa Arya Deluxe offers a beautiful holiday retreat with three spacious bedrooms and a fabulous plunge pool. Located in the resort of Island Village in Adeje, the villa benefits from the privacy of a private villa, yet with ample facilities nearby.

Families always love the location, with two water parks close-by (one being practically opposite), as well as nearby shops, cafés and bustling restaurants for you to try! The beach is a mere 15-minutes’ walk away from the villa’s front door, perfect for a morning swim – we promise there is no better way to start your day!

Inside the front door, each room of the villa offers a simple and relaxed layout, creating the calming atmosphere you need for a sublime holiday away. On the ground floor, there is a large, open-plan family room, flooded with light from large windows and doors out to the terrace. A fully-equipped kitchen, sociable dining table and comfy sofas set the scene for relaxed family evenings in, where everyone can spend time together in one space, even when occupied with different things.

The three bedrooms in the villa comfortably accommodate five guests, perfect families or groups of friends that want to enjoy the magic of Tenerife. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a single room perfect for kids. A separate bathroom is shared between the second two bedrooms. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge.

The villa leads out to the swimming pool, where you can climb in, cool off and completely relax. From the pool, guests can laugh, chat and share stores, with greenery surrounding the terrace. Whether you want to see some beautiful beaches, visit a volcano, play golf, attend parks, both water and safaris or even watch the whales in the sea! You can do it all here! This complex is in the municipality of Adeje, located in the south-west of the island. There are plenty of attractions nearby that will give you plenty to do!

Family fun is an easy accomplishment of this area: Aqualand is a spectacular water park nearby that is perfect for families; similarly, you can travel to Siam Park which offers rides for both children, families and adults! It even has the famous adrenaline-inducing Tower of Power which is a slide at the height of 28m and goes through a huge aquarium full of sharks!

If you’re interested in visiting some natural beauties, then you can visit The Teide national park which is home to the third-highest volcano in the world standing at over 3,700 meters! There are local guides that will take you on an in-depth experience surrounding this volcano!

Additionally, Adeje has some beautiful beaches that you can visit and spend the day at, perfect for those who are seeking a beach holiday. If you like shopping, there are a few large shopping centres nearby, so you’ll find great places to shop till you drop!
