Villa Kent with its 400m2, is developed on three floors, on ground floor the bright and charming living room with a magnificent view on the outside panoramas, TV cozy sofas, the fireplace, in the same space the dining area with table and chairs and the open fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker. In a separated ambient another realx room with pool table and sofas, ideal for chatting and read a book in complete relax.

The house can accomodate 10 to 12 guests with 5 comfortable and well decorated bed rooms, two of them are Suites and one bedroom has its own living room, there are three bathrooms.
With an extra fee of €100 per day, is possible to book an additional Suite with a double bed, en suite bathroom and a wonderfull sew view.

The guests will appreciate a panoramic indoor swimming pool (9x4 meters, it can be heated with an extra fee) with Jacuzzi and sauna for 6 persons, it’s also available a bathroom.

Complete this unique property the wifi connection, air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the parking.
This is the ideal place to discover the crystal waters of Costa Brava, enjoy the sports activities such as parasailing, canoening, water skiing and the typical Mediterranean cusine, just 10 km away from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns in the area.



Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house

The pool is not fenced
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
