This stunning villa is located in the prestigious area of El Madroñal, Costa Adeje. It has 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms with 2 bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms.
The property is spacious & well equipped and is ideal for large families or a group of families that enjoy privacy with peace & quiet when on their holidays.
For larger groups, the property also has a basement which contains a sofa bed. There are two additional futons in the main Bedroom on the Ground Floor & a further double futon


All our contact details are in the apartment should you need them but otherwise we leave you to enjoy your holiday.
If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.
Please take your trash-garbage-rubbish to the nearest communal bin area (Basura)


Within a five minute walk you will find two upmarket cafés / bakery, two restaurants serving local cuisine and a small local supermarket. Within a 10 minute walk you will find the
X-Sur shopping centre with a variety of shops and restaurants, including a cinema, large supermarket and butchers. A 20 minute walk or 5 minute car journey will take you to the busier areas of Fañabe / Duque and the beach. A 10 minute car journey will take
you to the popular Siam Mall and Siam Water Park or to La Caleta for restaurants with a more authentic slant.
Keen golfer? The renowned courses of Golf Costa Adeje and Abama Golf are 10 min and 20 min drive from the Villa respectively.

Via a key safe.

The villa has a private pool with a Cabana, Sunbeds, a shaded Sofa Area and a outside dining table with seating for 10. In the basement a pool table can be found so the kids will
be entertained whilst the adults are relaxing in the sun. The ground floor consists of lounge, kitchen diner, twin bedroom and two double bedrooms, one of which is en suite with a Super King Bed. The top floor contains two further large bedrooms with a King
and Super King respectively, both with their own outside terraces plus a separate sitting area and two bathrooms one of which is en-suite. There is also ample wardrobe space across the bedrooms.

There is no charge for the heating of the pool

There will be a €300 breakages deposit requested to be paid via our payment platform before your arrival date.
This is fully refundable once the property has been inspected upon your departure.

Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
