Elegant and spacious apartment a few steps from the Politeama theater, in the heart of Palermo.

The apartment, located on the first floor of an Art Nouveau building accessible by stairs, has been recently renovated and furnished with care in every detail: modern furniture is combined with antique furniture as well as furnishings: design objects combined with antiques purchased at the markets of the city.
The entrance opens onto the living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a television, a dining table and two balconies. At the bottom of the room there is access to the modern and fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine. The sleeping area features two bedrooms with a queen-size bed, one of which also boasts a balcony. Two bathrooms with a shower complete the layout.
