Die Residenza degli Aranci ist ein elegantes Apartment in der WI-FI-Zone, das Platz für bis zu 6 Personen bietet. Sie befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines neu renovierten Gebäudes und verfügt über einen Aufzug auf der Etage. Die Umgebungen sind wie folgt aufgeteilt: Eingang, 1 großes Schlafzimmer mit Fenster und Badezimmer mit Dusche, 1 großes Schlafzimmer mit Balkon, ein zweites Badezimmer ohne Dusche und ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und Wohnküche mit Schlafcouch.

Wonderful apartment

My husband and I stayed here for a week. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was great - within walking distance from train station, marina, great restaurants and shopping. Martina, our host, was extremely helpful, giving us advice on where to eat as well as helping us with any other questions we had. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again next time we visit Sorrento.

Sister in laws visit Sorrento

I had been to Sorrento before, my sister in law had not. This apartment was in a wonderful location. Absolutely loved our stay and Martina was always available with in minutes. I am coming back and bringing my husband-you are 11 minute walk from the train station, stores, restaurants all 3 to 5 minute walk away. Awesome.

Great Apartment and Location

We had a great week staying at this property! There were all the necessary amenities that we expected. Also, the location was awesome…minutes from the old town and a short walk to restaurants, shopping and the ocean. Our host, Marti, was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. The only thing I would point out is that the mattresses are firm, I would highly recommend this property!

Amazing location

We enjoyed our stay and felt the location of this property was perfect for our needs. Martina was very helpful and available for any questions throughout our stay. Plenty of space for family of 4. Just to note, shower is very small and only accessible through master bedroom, but other than that we had an amazing stay and loved Sorrento!

An excellent apartment

The host Martina is incredibly helpful. Easy and helpful contact. The apartment is in the most perfect position. On all main bus routes, close to station, harbour and shopping streets. Could be a bit noisy for some people but we enjoyed the balcony watching every one and everything coming and going. When the windows and shutters were closed at night it was quite quiet. The apartment has everything essential for a great stay in Sorrento.

Sorrento Terrace Apartment

Our family had wonderful stay at this centrally located apartment in Sorrento. It was large, spacious and well maintained with bathrooms updated. The location was just what we hoped for and many amenities to Sorrento very close by. Our host and contact Martina was wonderful and responsive with all our requests. We recommend this location and would stay there again in the future.

Great place to stay

Very convenient location with respect to the station, restaurants, supermarket and general shopping. Martina was very helpful leading up to our arrival and the ‘remote’ check-in process to the building and apartment was quick and efficient. Whilst we encountered a problem with air conditioning, Martina did all that could be asked to rectify within a reasonable timeframe.

Location, location, location!

This apartment is well equipped with all the basic essentials. Not to mention a lift. Very secure building Nothing fancy on the inside, but the LOCATION is the real gold star here. SO central with an easy walk to all historical sites and the sea. Amazing restaurants everywhere. We LOVED sitting on the patio and people/moped/tourist watching with a glass of wine or cup of coffee. The host was so communicative, easy to reach with WhatsApp. She was a wealth of information for local places. Would 100% stay here again.

Adorable flat in perfect location

Working with Martina before our arrival was really easy. She was also nice enough to do a walk through with me over video from WhatsApp when we arrived. The apartment was clean and pretty spacious. Had everything we needed. It was only a ten minute walk from the train station. So close to the main shopping area of Sorrento and only 2 minutes walk from our pickup point for a couple tours we did to Capri tour and a Mt Vesuvius/Pompeii tour. Could not have asked for a better place to stay!!

Good location - acceptable odd layout

This apartment was all right but the layout was awkward with the only shower in the master bedroom. Since we are family this did not matter much but the amenities do need a little upkeep. There was no one to show us where extra linens were for the pull out couch, how the appliances worked and the shower drain was slow and could possibly flood. The location is very central and within walking distance of the main attractions.

Great Location for Sorrento! Just steps away from restaurants, shopping and markets. Nice &Clean !!

We had a wonderful time in Sorrento. Martina was awesome. If we had any questions Martina would respond in a timely manner. The view from the balcony was very pretty at sunrise. We were very close to all the restaurants,shops and banks and there was a market very close by. All of this made everything so nice and convenient. At checkout we accidentally left Our IPad tablet there and Martina Contacted us very quickly and had it taken care of the next day to get it sent to us. We really enjoyed ourselves and diffintly would recommend. Sincerely Happy renters.

Beautiful, excellent location and great service!

The apartment is as it is described; fantastic and 10 minutes from...anywhere you really need to go in Sorrrento! It is clean and large with a lovely balcony overlooking a busy street - perfect for warm evenings sitting out with a glass of wine. And when inside with closed windows you would not know it was so busy. Aside from the average conveniences, a washing machine and clothes line are also available. No microwave but never missed it. And it is true...you are a 10 minute walk from the train to anywhere north up through Naples, Piazza Tasso - the hub of Sorrento, bus and taxi stops. The people were wonderful, the food was excellent, and for two woman traveling alone abroad, we never felt unsafe. Finally, Martina is the most gracious hostess. She stayed in contact through many, many questions leading up to the visit, provided a stocked kitchen with our requests (at our expense) and was available at any point for questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this apartment in Sorrento to anyone looking for a more authentic and affordable vacation in Southern Italy.

Great location, nice place but consutrction noise

The apartment location was great. Walkable to everything and just far enough off the main road to avoid lots of people. The apartment had everything we needed. We didn't cook but if we wanted to it felt like it had everything that we could need. We appreciated the clothes washer and fridge. The downside of this apartment was the MAJOR construction noise going on right above our heads. Every morning at 9:30am they would start demoing flooring in the unit directly above us. We absolutely couldn't be in the unit from 9:30am to about 2pm each day because it was so loud that you couldn't even talk. The construction also affected our electrical power. Martina was responsive when I contacted her but unfortunately she wasn't able to do anything really. She did contact the owner but even when they said they weren't going to work while we were renting they continued every day. Overall our visit was fine since we wanted to be our during most of those hours but it was an annoyance.

Very good apartment close to the city Centre

This was our first trip using VRBO, and we were pleasantly surprised with how smoothly things worked out. Martina and her sister were there to meet us and she was very prompt to reply to all my questions, even before we arrived in Sorrento. We communicated via VRBO web site, and I could expect a very prompt response whenever I reached out for her advise. The apartment is located on a busy street, however, with the windows closed, the road noise was not an issue and did not prevent getting a good night sleep. The apartment has a lovely balcony if you chose to use it. The pictures on the VRBO web site were characteristic of the apartment. It is very clean and has anything that you might need for a comfortable stay. It is in an excellent location, and you can walk to the city centre main square in 10 minutes. We parked our car in the paid parking lot next door and never used our car for the 3 days we were in Sorrento. The car park cost 20 Euro's per day. There was some free parking further away. Martina was always available to answer our questions. I was texting her very late at night, over an issue we had about printing our boarding passes, and I was surprised she replied at that late hour, and gave us good advise to resolve the problem. All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great apartment, super-convenient location

Perfect Sorrento location on the main road through the city and just five minutes walk from the Corso Italia. Clean and well equipped. And excellent air conditioning -- something to consider given this July's 100 degree F plus temperatures this July. Martina was always very helpful and a responsive communicator.

Great Apartment close to center

Wonderful stay in Sorrento for 7 days for 3 girlfriends! Other than a couple of boat trips we were able to walk everywhere. Apartment was clean & had everything we needed for our stay. Martina was easy to contact & responded quickly to questions! Would definitely stay there again

Great Location

Nice Apartment in a great location. Easy walk to Marina, bus station, and train station. Easy to travel from Sorrento to Amalfi coast, Capri, Herculaneum, Pompei, and Mount Vesuvius. Owner was easy to deal with and cooperative. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic place!

This was the perfect place for our family of four (two boys 19 and 22)! Centrally located, short walk to everything! Great balcony to enjoy a glass of wine. Martina was a fantastic hostess and always available to answer questions if needed. We can't wait to get back to Sorrento, and hope this property is available again as we would stay here for sure!

Great location, clean and comfortable.

A great location just off of the main roadway. A simple short walk takes you into the fun pedestrian area of shops and restaurants. Above the seaside, but a lot of different access points including a lift down if you don’t want to walk the 10 or so minutes. With luggage from the train station it’s close to a 20 minute walk.

Great place to stay.

My wife and myself arrived at the apartment to find it spotlessly clean and kitted out with all the utensils you need for a stress free holiday. The unit is located a 2 minute walk from the main drag in Sorrento where you will find all the restaurants and shops you will ever need. Martina is also a pleasure to deal with and is there 24/7 should you need any help or information. All in all a great place to stay and if I returned to Sorrento I would definitely stay here again.
