Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor): With zip ‘n’ link twin beds or a Super King bed on request, Smart TV and large picture window overlooking the garden.
Bathroom (Ground Floor): Beautifully tiled and spacious main bathroom with bath and rain shower over bath with attachment, washbasin, WC and heated towel radiator.
Utility Area : Spacious utility room with washing machine, ideal for coats and walking boots, also for storing surfboards.

The Golf Club can rightly claim to be the cradle of English Golf. Founded in 1864, it is the oldest golf course in the country.
This prime coastal property is within easy walking distance of the beach and all village amenities including shops, pubs, restaurants and tea rooms. Perfect for a family holiday, the blue flag beach has a 2 mile stretch of golden sand offers an opportunity to enjoy surfing, wind surfing, kayaking and dog walking.
