The apartment is directly accessible by boat from Canale de la Tana.

A tourist tax of €4 per day per person (just for the first five days) has to be paid cash and directly at the arrival.

Check-in time is 2 - 8 p.m.
After 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. an extra charge of €25 will be requested.
After 10 p.m. to 00 a.m. an extra charge of €50 will be requested.

The strategic position of the apartment allows you to easily visit on foot Saint Mark’s Square, Basilica, Doge’s Palace, Giardini della Biennale, Corderie of Arsenale and Naval Historical Museum. For those who prefer to take public transport, line 1 and lines 4.1/4.2 waterbus stops are just few steps away.
