The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a double on the second floor, a double and a shower room on the ground floor. Outside there is roadside parking for 30-minutes on a first come, first serve basis, along with a parking permit for a nearby car park. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, and Hem Brook in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. 14C Market Place is a wonderful base for a getaway to Derbyshire. Note: There are steps throughout the property; please take care. Note: There is a low hanging beam on the second floor; please take care.
