This is a stunning first floor, two bedroom apartment with breathtaking views of both the golf course and the mountains. It is a real oasis for golfers who also want to enjoy the nearby beaches, the city of Fuengirola and everything Costa del Sol has to offer.

The living room has a seating area with a large sofa, a flat screen cable TV with connections to many international stations and high speed broadband WIFI. The couch also converts to a double bed for two persons.

The kitchen is fully equipped including oven, range top, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All kitchen utensils are also provided. The dining area includes a table capable of seating 6 as well as a bar counter with two bar stools.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms with showers. The master bedroom has a queen bed (180 x 200 cm) while the second bedroom has twin beds that can be joined together. Central air conditioning in all rooms. We provide all bed linen and towels.

Both the living room and the master bedroom have retractable glass doors leading out onto the "golf" terrace. From this beautiful outdoor space you have a unique view of not only the 5th tee of the Los Lagos golf course, but also of the Mijas mountains in the distance. The spacious terrace with its cushioned garden furniture is a great place for outdoor dining and relaxing after a day on the golf course.

The gated community offers access to a heated pool that is open all year. An enclosed parking spot for your car is also included.

Mijas Golf has two 18-hole courses: Lagos and Olivos, located in the Mijas Golf Valley and 20 minutes from the Airport and 3.5 from the beach.

The apartment is located only a few minutes drive from Fuengirola and its many restaurants, bars, shops and beaches. There is also a public bus stop in front of the urbanisation where you can take the bus to Fuengirola's beaches and shopping centers. A taxi from Malaga Airport to the apartment, approximately 29 km, costs around €30.
