Entering the property there is a hallway leading to the kitchen, bathroom and living/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has an oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and kitchen utensils.

The living/dining room is equipped with TV and Wifi for your entertainment. From here you can also access the private patio/garden wityh direct access to the communal pool.

There are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet and bathtub. The second and third bedroom have two single beds each and fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom has a toilet, sink and bathtub.

We enter the big patio/garden with table, chairs and access to the pool.

The property is located in a very quiet, gated complex . Only 10 min. from Ayamonte. Faro airport is about 45 minutes away and Seville airport is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away.

House rules:
- No parties or events.
- Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Free parking on the premises, parking available in closed complex.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Beach towels are not included.
- A security deposit of 300€ will be requiered in cash on the day of arrivale.
