Positioned in Sutton near Woodbridge, the Shepherds Hut is in a superb position to enjoy the market town of Woodbridge within easy reach of so many wonderful delights that Suffolk has to offer. The location is ideal for walkers or cyclists looking to enjoy the Suffolk Countryside and coastal positions.

Wooden steps lead up into the spacious shepherds hut accommodating two guests, with living/dining/bedroom area, with a separate shower room.

Amenities: Electric underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric hob plate, mini fridge, toaster, kettle. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Non-enclosed garden with fire pit. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.6 miles, pub 1.6 miles. Note: Several steps to enter the property and raised bed mean this property is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Note: The property is on the grounds of the owners property. Please note: Due to the location, we would advise having your own transport in order to explore the area.
Note: There is a Starlink WiFi system which gives excellent coverage in the garden and on the hut steps but may not be suitable for streaming or working inside the Shepherds Hut

The River Deben runs alongside the town and is popular for boating, walking and wildlife with wonderful views over to the National Trust site of Sutton Hoo. The town hosts a number of events throughout the year and is a wonderful place to visit.
