Hello Travellers ! I welcome you to Malta by offering this beautiful 1BR home in the centre of Valletta. Upon entering our guests are welcomed with a spacious living/dining area with access to a fully equipped kitchen.

Our home, also includes an AC and a smart TV for that extra comfort.

With this location, amenities and comfort, this is perfect for any type of adventure or even just experiencing our beautiful capital city, nothing is more perfect.

The place has also its private entrance.

WIFI and Air-conditioning.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! Equipped for both short and long term rentals.

Living area| Comfortable sofa, with a Smart TV (updated from photos) connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. Also just up the road is Valletta centre making all conveniences very easy to have especially for long terms.

Bedrooms| 1 Full king sized bedroom.

Laundry| Washer and dryer available at our home.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| A full walk in beautiful shower.

24/7 Access to the private residence.

It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.

Our home is situated in the hear of Valletta, all bars, restaurants and museums are at a walking distance from home - Offices, Law courts everything is just up the road making this a perfect choice for any requirement.

We make sure to have a stable WIFI for work and study related purpose, since the location is second to none.

The bus stop is just down the road from our home making it very easy and cheap to travel.

For guests renting a car, the area is full of free parking (Subject to availability)

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

Ideally located

Lovely little apartment right at the end of strait street. Ideally located we had a great time and using this as a base was far far better and more comfortable than being in a hotel. Booking in was easier, although made much harder by communication via the VRBO app deleting emails and telephone numbers, but that is the site and not the owners who were very responsive
