External Living | Private Pool & BBQ
This captivating home lays in 600m² outdoor area - with 220m² lawn area and is embellished with a 40m² private swimming pool (1,50 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ- portable- with gas hob also) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The BBQ area is also embellished with sink, fridge, cutlery, dishes and glasses for your utmost convenience. The outdoor lounge area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts,taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Bonus - Family Friendly:

Designed for ultimate play time, the retreat features also an outdoor playground (a wooden play house with slide, climbing frame, swings) for our younger guests, a ping pong table and football net with a ball to master your skills, inspiring adventure and togetherness.

Fitness equipment is also available, for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday, including 3 yoga mats, weights (1 - 2 kg), pilates balls (two small, one big), exercise stepper, exercise roller and exercise rope.



* The ground floor of the Villa is accessible by wheelchair and there is also a ramp available outdoors, however, the facilities and bathroom are not specifically designed for wheelchair access.

This captivating Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 200m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts four bedrooms & four en suite bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. With an abundance of al fresco activities in which to immerse yourself, you're unlikely to venture too far afield when you take exclusive hire of the Villa.



The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds and two extra guests can be accommodated, one in a sofa bed with real mattress located at the Attic type bedroom and one in a folding bed which can be provided upon request, at the master bedroom of the first floor. The maximum capacity is 10 guests.

Stately graces and sumptuous furnishings create a real feast for the eye throughout the luxury cosy living spaces: • Kitchen & Dining area, Living Room featuring a 65’’ Smart TV and direct access to the terrace • Bedroom with King Size bed (1,80x2,00), En suite bathroom with shower cabin, Smart TV 32” , access to balcony with comfy sitting.

There is also a specially designed play area for our younger guests next to the dining area- featuring children toys such as play kitchen set with accessories, ice cream play set, books - fairy tales for children and chalk board for children. 


The Villa is well equipped with all the necessary equipment a family travelling with a baby will need, including: a baby cot, a high chair, Plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups, Baby Monitor, Steriliser, Baby Potty seat, Changing Matt, Baby Bouncer (Relax), Socket Safety Covers, basic traveller Stroller - which can be provided upon request.

Also Plakias, which is located within 4km (5 minutes driving distance) with azure waters and rugged coastline create an enchanting destination for holidays beside the sea. The unspoilt breathtaking landscape of Plakias make it an ideal destination for guests seeking total relaxation. The gorgeous beaches, stunning mountainous landscape and the inviting waters of the Libyan Sea, are all in all a reason to visit this part of Crete.

Plakias is a popular tourist resort. Originally a very small and quiet fishing village, and it now offers a range of amenities, as well as is renowned for it’s natural beauty, providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish for. Along the main road of the village there are several supermarkets, bakeries, ATM machines, post office, a doctor’s office, restaurants, tavernas, cafes and beach bars while on the beach there are tamarisk trees, water sports, beach volley courts, snack bars and other shops offer a very wide range of products, including local and traditional goods. The beach is sandy and very well organised with sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, etc. The rocks surrounding the beach are ideal for fishing and snorkelling, as well. The road along the beach is also ideal for walking or cycling.


You will have the opportunity to visit the well known beaches of the South such as Ammoudi (2km - 4 minutes driving), Damnoni (3km - 5 minutes driving), Schinaria (3km - 8 minutes driving), Plakias (4km - 5 minutes driving) and Souda (7km -10 minutes driving).
